Nicci Richman
Owner of Audir, Diversity and Inclusion Consultant

I am a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant with a passion for supporting Neurodivergent individuals in the workplace.

​

My career had its foundations in social research, working on employee engagement surveys for multi-national organisations. This insight into organisations led to my love of working with businesses to develop and support the strategies that enable a thriving workplace culture.

​

With previous experience across the Professional Services, Manufacturing, Transport, and Hospitality industries; I now work primarily with clients in Allied Health and Community Services, developing person-centred cultures in alignment with the NDIS framework.

​

I hold a Bachelor of Social Science (Sociology and Political Science), and accredited certificates in Narrative Coaching, Mindfulness, Human Resources, Training and Education, and Business. I am an accredited REACH Facilitator, DiSC Facilitator and a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).

Moira Crisswell

I am an experienced People and Culture professional, with over 13 years’ generalist HR experience.  I enjoy partnering with leadership to establish and continuously improve culture and employee experience, as well as align HR strategy with the organisation’s strategic objectives to drive business results.

 

My prior roles have covered large professional services firms, including Deloitte & Touche and Pricewaterhouse Coopers Legal, through to small businesses. 

 

In my experience, I have proven to be a key member of the leadership team through strengths in the following key areas:

  • performance management;

  • relationship management;

  • strategic and change management; 

  • coaching and management development;

  • talent management; and

  • hands-on operational management.

 

In my current role as a People & Culture Consultant at Audir, I provide ongoing advice and coaching to our clients regarding the management of employee relations issues, with a particular focus on performance management. I have assisted our clients to manage underperformance and where necessary, termination of employment. 

 

I also assist our clients to maintain, develop and implement employee processes and procedures to ensure legal compliance.

 

I enjoy building strong, long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and contributing to positive transformations in people and businesses.  A member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (Industrial Psychology and Business Economics).
